Stuttgart architects Blocher Blocher designed a shop concept for Warendorf, applied for the first time in the new showrooms in Dusseldorf and Berlin. Open ceilings with visible ventilation pipes and cable trays, light-coloured exposed concrete and white brick walls create a loft-like atmosphere. The light concept is pivotal to it: the choice of Più spot series in LED on suspended ceiling power distribution systems highlights the industrial character of the shop. At the same time the skilful interplay of light and shade, directed and diffuse lighting, produces a backcloth that accentuates the individual shop areas and guides the visitor through the display.
