A highly-efficient ensemble of office buildings is evolving in Parkstadt Schwabing by 2015, where the first phase of construction has already been distinguished with the LEED certificate in »Platinum« as the world's most sustainable office building in the »Core and Shell« category. Occhio is part of this ambitious concept. The reserved functional esthetics of the Più spotlights used corresponds perfectly to the clear high quality interior design of the NuOffice. But above all thanks to the Occhio »next generation« LED they also meet the high demands on efficiency: offering optimal light quality and highest output with low energy consumption. Relatively few spotlights provide the strength of lighting required in corridors and stairways – thus contributing to the exceptionally low energy consumption of the complex.
A comprehensive lighting design has been achieved in the reception and circulation areas thanks to the use of different surface-mounted and recessed versions of the Più series. At the same time the conscious use of different levels of brightness ensures orientation and wellbeing.
