In 2016, a highly efficient ensemble of office buildings was built in Munich district Schwabing, the first phase of which was awarded the LEED certificate in »Platinum« as the world's most sustainable office building in the »Core and Shell« category. Occhio is part of the ambitious concept.

Holistic lighting design

Through the use of various installation variants of the Più series (e.g. surface-mounted and recessed spotlights), a consistent lighting design was achieved in the reception and traffic zones. The lighting of the vertical surfaces creates natural light which enhances the structure of the architecture.

Direct and indirect lighting was chosen for the reception and communal areas, offering orientation and creating a generous atmosphere.

Functionality meets efficiency

The Più spotlights used in this project perfectly correspond to the clear, high-quality interior design of the NuOffice with their restrained, functional aesthetics.

But above all, thanks to the »next generation« LED used at Occhio, they meet the high demands placed on efficiency: with low energy consumption, they offer optimum light quality and highest performance.

Light – used effectively

Relatively few spotlights achieve the required illuminance levels in corridors and staircases – and thus contribute to the exceptionally low energy consumption of the office complex.
